by far my favorite nintendo system. most of my childhood was spent in front of the tv playing the SNES. i have the most game for this system ( i had 37) there were so many game that i played that has left a big impact on my gaming life during the SNES. when thinking about my list of top 5 #1 and #2 was easy the rest are really close and really hard to narrow down but after a long debet with myself here is
MY TOP 5 SNES GAMES!
#1 i think every one know my #1 its no secret in fact is my favorite game of ALL TIME
o the years and good memories
#2 Mario Kart
this is the only game i can safely say im "that guy" in it. "that guy" meaning so much better at the game because i sat around by myself and played the game not for fun but to WIN!
well that was easy now for the hard part
#3 The legend of zelda link to the past [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] 2 words "long adventure" that is the best way to put and it was AWESOME!

#5 (3way tie) mortal kombat 3 street fighter killer instinct other than SSBB these are the best fighting games EVER

I have to agree that the SNES was the best Nintendo console ever and the reson is simple. It had great games and all kind of games. Now here is my Top five followed by other games I lreally liked alot. I didnt wanna out just RPGs so I tried to put 1 game in each genre of game
#5 Top Gear II tied with Punch-Out 2 great games: 1 is a really great racing game where you can buy car parts and the 2nd one is the sequel of the NES game.
#4 Mario All-Star + Mario World The reason I chose this one is because it was great to be able to play the NES games with a better graphic and have 4 games in one
#3 The legend of zelda link to the past A really great game if you didnt play it you gotta try it and find everything n the game
#2 Street Fighter Turbo Lost many hours of my life on this games with friends but it was worth it
#1 Final Fantasy VI (III on the US version) Amazing story, amazing characters, amazing gameplay ...... its just great and I dont know how many times I played it
OK now for the other games I couldnt put
RPGs Chrono Trigger: This would usually be tied in the number one spot another great RPG game that had a great story and gameplay. Final Fantasy IV Lufia II Breath of Fire II Ogre Battles: First RPG tactics I tried and I still play from time to time and many more....... @jody Mario RPG was decent also :p
Fighting: Mortal Kombat II (tied with SF II) Killer Instinct (also Tied with MK II and SF II)
Rest: Super Metroid (tied with Zelda) Megaman X DonkeyKong Country Demon Crest

i don't know if I actually have that many SNES games simply because my parents sold my SNES and got a Sega instead after I beat Super Mario World in just a few days...(I beat the game when I was 6, but I have problems with it now...go figure).
But yeah, Super Mario World was amazing for me.
Street Fighter was great, as was Mario RPG.
Oh, and of course, Super Metroid!

NO they are not. I played uniracer back at the time it came out and it wasnt too much fun. Well it kinda got boring after a while. And I see adventure island changed quie a bit since the NES. Well not that much but it was way more difficult on the NES. But the bst adventure island is the RPG style one.
