Best Final Fantasy Game

I'm going to start with five...since the poll only allows ten options...and obviously, there are more than ten FF games...

My personal Favorite was X...but we could get in a whole loooong debate about that one...

Well I chose tactics since its different hehehe!


But u should have put FF IV instead of V. I liked FF IV because u dont have to choose which character to take (I always have a hard time choosing)

Then I loved FF VI because of the two worlds (well the change) and all the spell learning ability

I also loved FF VIII and didnt really have time to play the others after that

and Tactics was so great because of all the job system and it was hard (until u get Orlandu att least) and your character can actually get killed for good!

Sigh, I'm WAY behind in the FF series. I've only played one FF and that's FF VI. I loved that game (it was my top RPG before Skies) and I still replay it from time to time.

wow...you guys are stuck in the past when it comes to final fantasy games...in all honesty, FF VII was the very first i played...and then only VIII, X, and XII. I personally loved X...the story, the music, the characters, the movies...everything about that game was brilliant(except that it was waaaay too easy)

I prefer the classic ones

@Waaar - That's pretty...crazy, lol. They should have asked me to do it (then the boss would be passing out, lol)

@Firegremlin - I don't have very many FF games, but I would advise FF VI for one (That game was my favorite RPG for a long time). FF VII also seems popular, although I haven't played it.

FF VI is also my favorite but if your not to much used to rpg games I would advise more FF IV cuz it's more simple and u dont have to choose the characters!!!

And if u want newer version then try either FF VII or FF VIII for the PS or Emu on the PC if u have one

FF tactics is very different then the other FF series and more complicated but damn it's good

If your talking about FF tactics then yes try it but there is just one little mistake that u must not do in the begining!!
In the second fight!! Don't forget to push L or R to choose more troops other wise 5 agaisnt 2 your done for lol!!! try every job there so cool and equip armors cuz in this game they are your HP!!!!

I've never played Tactics, but isn't that the FF that took place in the very same world as FF XII? I'm pretty sure that it wasn't an exact sequel, but the stories did match up.

Well I didnt play FF XII so I cant confirm but FFT took place in Ivalice the war of the Lions. It was after the war of the lions, a war that took 50 years to end!

I think it was in Ivalice now that I think of it. FF XII is about a war between Archadia and Dalmasca...I'm not sure if it's the same war though. It was good either way.

Anyway, the only FF games I've played are III and.....III (one was the third released in the US and the 6th in the series, the other is the actual third.) and it's hands down FFVI. I had played a couple RPGs before(Breath of Fire I and II, and A Link to the Past, if you count it.) but I hadn't played anything as massive (hey, it was large back then!) as FFVI was, with all the characters and sidequests, and a deep plot.....

It's still pretty fun to play now and then....

Nah cory FF tactics dont have flying ships or other things like that. But hey kinda were starting to find the ruins of an old civilisation who coulduse the classic airships.

You know you still owe me a review of FF Tactics Waaar! I keep hearing about it, but I don't know that much about it, and I'd like to hear what it's about.

FF7, hands down. Seymour doesn't hold a candle to Sephiroth when it comes to raw coolness. He was too girly, so was Tidus. The story of FF7 was so much deeper and less predictable.
