FTW! gaming network youtube account?

i think making a youtube account would stretch out our forum to others. we could favorite our "video of the week" videos so we can watch our old "video of the week" videos. we can also post videos that we all made together (like members playing together on a game and talking through skype, or like a talk show where we talk about random gaming topics, or ect.)

remember that this is just an idea. all the mods would get the password

I'm actually going to say 'no' to this. Due to my own experience on YouTube, I fear that we could possibly be shut down by the corporation if we accidentally post something with copyrighted content in it. YouTube throws constant hissy fits over this stuff and I don't want to see us post a lot of content there and then get banned. If we're serious about this though...well, why not try another site like Veoh? There you can get away with a lot more than YouTube, plus, the quality's higher.

I dont really know too much about Veoh, but we can always learn about it.
Plus if we can have problems with youtube like Everlong said, then we have to pass on the video of the week parts and stay on the own made videos of ourselfs like Cheery_t_Kirby pointed. But I think it would be a good idea. All that is left to do for me is to start back playing online lol. Plus we can always put an add on the bottom of the video or a link to the site. I could have put some videos of how to do OCD of world of goo if I knew how to do it. I started doing the OCD if someone knows about them here on chapter 3 and I was able to do over half of them I think

Hmmm a very interesting idea actually. I'm not sure how the account would work...and I'm not sure of the risks with either youtube or veoh. It seems you guys have a bit more knowledge on this system than I do. Silens is also very knowledgeable, so I'd like to hear her opinion on the matter. Either way, if it will help the site, you have my support.
