that evil roy, he's at it again. scraing off new (and old) members to the brotherhood just by saying 'Hi' - it's evil *shakes head*. y'know roy'll take this as a compliment probably

I'm not sure why she left...Edee is very shy, and I'm thinking that may be the reason...you see, knowing her, she's probably afraid of "bothering" us...or, at least that's the way she feels...I'm hoping she'll come back so I can explain to her that she's not doing any such thing...AND that we'd love to have both her and Jesse back.

Yes, that's right Smashed, I'm pretty sure they did say that...but obviously they haven't been on for several months...and while I have sent them a few emails, I'd feel bad if I pushed them too hard...

Yeah...I wish I knew why they aren't on, but I don't want to bother them too much....I've sent them a couple of PMs, but the only one I've gotten a response to was when Pqjr and I were both on-site at the same time....Hopefully, they'll be on soon, but there's not really much that we can do.....

Somehow, this seems the best place to post this.....although I don't know if anyone is even going to read what may well be my last post here. I was thinking about writing several paragraphs about how much I miss the old site....but it all really boils down to this - Thank you all. This has been the best online group I've ever been a part of by far. I'm sorry to see we've finally come apart, but I'm glad that it's a loss worth being sorry for. What made this site so fun for me, and kept me here was the friendly and diverse group. I said I'd be the very last person to leave the site, and now that Jody's left, that seems to be the case. I was originally going to wait until after E3, but.....what's the point? I look forward to meeting you all again on the next IGN Smash Bros faq like we did before!

Like Jody I'll still check in occasionally to answer PMs, and I'll even try to respond to any posts that do come up. Also, there is some good news at the moment. I've finally got a specific idea of when we can set up online at my house, so I hope I'll still be able to Brawl a few of you guys after all.

P.S. Yeah, Jody - The SmashBrotherhood ftw. After we changed, we effectively fell apart. (though at that point I don't see what else we could have done.....except that keeping the chat would have helped.)

I'm not sure about the old site...hadn't you deleted it Skye? And yes, FTW has existed for OVER 3 years. The actual creation date for this site was June 21st, 2008. Pretty hard to believe it's been that long, isn't it? And of course, some of us have known eachother for even longer. I 'm sure that Blitzsword and myself exchanged some conversation (albeit casual) as far back as October of 2007!!

I wasn't far behind you guys. I joined the thread (& IGN) mid-late October.....I alternated between "regular" and virtually gone.....

Heh, it's funny you know - With the exceptions of Forsakenlament and arguably myself, the people most active here were the last ones I would have suspected of even joining, let alone being such active and great people.....I.e. I'm not sure if even Jody remembers "Hzman" and I only saw Luis and Pugs occasionaly. I think Firegremlin was there too, though I'm not so sure.....now look at the top posting list!

did you ever read the book holes? there was a character named Hector Zeroni aka zero i kind of liked the name. so HZman was born. long story i know lol

Sigh...I just got done reading a bunch of our old posts, and I must say, I truly miss those days. I think of all the time I've spent with everyone since the beginning, I had the absolute most fun way back then. The anticipation of owning and playing brawl, combined with daily updates and a huge, excited group of people made for the very best environment for discussion and meeting people. I miss all of those old members...I miss BrawlBrotherKOKing, Pqjr, Enasepth, ImitationisSuicide, and so many others. Those really were the glory days, and I miss them terribly. I don't think it'll be the same...which really is a shame.

quadkoos was a name given to the youtube account it means 4 friends or something like that its been years ago when me and 3 other friends made the channel for funny videos and cool places that we went to totally not what its meant for now lol
